"The work was done in a timely manner, and as I was told we needed to wait to paint the stairs, and that was the last item, i paid in full. It has now been over a year and i keep requesting that they come out and complete the work, and i receive no response. Disappointed."

"3 Son’s Siding & Gutters LLC did my roof about four months ago.They came and gave me a price that was more than fair…3 Son’s were very professional,work very safely.They stripped two layers, found that they had to get plywood and replace the whole roof, it was a bit more but they did the plywood, re-shingled the roof in the one day.i was very impressed with the way all the workers did what needed to be done. The job was done in a day and a half,all the mess was picked up went around the house with magnets picking up all the nails.All I can say I believe they are very professional, very concerned about how my property was left I think it was cleaner than when they started.Very good crew did a great job couldn’t be any happier. Great crew very professional!!!! Thanks for all your hard work.Al Couture Southwick Mass."

"Entire process exceeded my expectations from the initial contact I had with Alliance to the completion of the project. The proposal I received from Keith provided the level of detail I was looking for and he did a great job in going over the siding products Alliance offered to detailing all the necessary steps in the process. The installation process went very smoothly and was completed in a timely manner. The crew led by Serg were extremely professional, knowledgeable and focused. I could not be happier with the work they did and Serg kept me updated on how the project was progressing and was quick to reach out to me with any questions he had on the proposed installation approach. "It went well! I expected it to take a long time to get it picked up, but I called for the bag to be emptied on Friday and they were here Saturday! I am already filling it up again. (We have a MESS from the storm and need to finish the kitchen before this weekend's company coming in from out of town.) I have already called them to request my bag be emptied on Friday, and they have me on the schedule! I can't believe the customer service is so great! This is not a regular dumpster company. I have a dumpster delivered last summer and they gouged my driveway. What a nightmare it was to get them to pay for the driveway to be fixed. NEVER AGAIN! It's BullBag only for our future needs."
