"After I took off the old tile and replaced the cement board in my shower, I hired Fran to seal/waterproof the cement board and re-tile the shower. Fran and James (his assistant) were friendly, punctual, and worked both quickly and carefully. Fran did very well matching up the tile design in an asymmetrical space, and he talked me into using another (smaller) kind of tile on the ceiling, which was the right call. I thought his fee was reasonable, and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use Fran again on another tiling project. He knows his stuff!"

The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price!
