Wood Flooring Refinish
Called Paulo, he callled back and came the next day, gave me a good price to refinish my deck. His guys were there and sanded and stained. Came out great. Would def hire for more projects. Very neat and attentive. Thanks again Paulo and guys.

Bathroom Remodel
I hired Paulo for a bathroom remodel and he said he could do a roof when I asked for recommendations. He failed to hire a licensed roofer and never completed the permit process. He stalled, and just did not respond., He cannot be trusted. Overreaching, deceit, and not responding just leaving is not acceptable. I applied for the permit you needed to certify the work. your emails said you were. Williams Roofing was not licensed; lying does not change the fact.

"Thank you for your response but your information is not valid. You requested a recommendation for a roofer and I did just that who is licensed and insured. You requested no permit because you were already in the middle of an illegal renovation in your home with no permits. We are not responsible for your decision to not file for the roofing permits. Thank you."

Very knowledgeable, get the customer involved in the entire process, on time, work performed was WAY ABOVE EXPECTATION, LOVE THE WORK THEY DID, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER, Will use them again for any and all home remodeling projects.....

"We appreciate your feedback but you did not want to pay the proper price to complete the job after we opened up your floors and identified that the leak was not from our shower pan replacement. You refused to pay to open the walls and unfortunately we can't complete a job right if the client refuses to pay the service we provide. We tried to help you from the beginning, you came to us with your neighbor acting as you knew construction better than anyone else, preventing us to do our job correctly and this is why the shower pan was built wrong three times before you called me in."

Bathroom Remodel
Everything was a five star. My only problem I had and that is why I gave a 4 star is the owner and I had some miscommunication because we did most communication through text and things got lost in translation. Once that was addressed no issues and the bathroom looks like a hotel bathroom. His foreman Rich and Halas who were here were fabulous and would have them back here again in a heart beat. Paulo fixed our communication issues and apologize that I didn't understand. I would highly recommend them they go way beyond.

They replaced 2 broken tiles in one bathroom and put new tile in another very small bathroom. They used tile recovered from the small bathroom to replace the broken tiles in the other bathroom. They did a great job removing and preserving the tiles from the small bathroom. They matched the grout in the bathroom for the tile repair perfectly. The work space for the small bathroom was very tight. They removed toilet and moldings in the bathroom with the new tile and they replaced them seamlessly. The finished product looks beautiful!

Skill level is not there, hired workers with no knowledge of the trades, violated CT HIC rules and regulation, I do not recommend , its unfortunate he might be good but his help is holding him back from being a good contractor, everything he did for us was of a extremely poor quality which he blames on the condition of the space, all we can say is he saw the space and agreed to do the job which he could not do, he created more work as he went along doubling the costs, charging for his tools to do the job and buy material that were not needed, could not take any constructive criticism then had bad attitude, I will be reporting him to the CT Dept of Consumer protection if he does not return a portion of the money I gave to him because he has not completed the job but has abandoned the site leaving the Sheetrock out in the rain which is no good for me to use now, I give them the lowest rating he hires people to work on your site that have no skills and leaves them there unsupervised in your home, I will be posting a video on you tube of his work please check it out.
