"Joe from GM2 Tree Service was the only contractor that called me to follow up after the site visit. He followed up again a few days later, with a phone call, inquiring if I had made a decision. Within the hour they were at my property surveying the tree and the property and agreed to match the other contractorâ s bid. The work was exceptional. The crew was prompt, professional, and from my observation very qualified and experienced with difficult tree removal. They completed the work in one day, despite the tree being about 75 feet high, entangled with another tree, and numerous power and communication lines within feet of the tree. They left the property with the least amount of damage to other shrubs and the grounds, again despite the size of the tree. They were very thorough with cleaning the site before they left. They also trimmed another tree on my property to remove limbs from my house. If you need trees removed or trimmed DO NOT HESITATE to hire this company - excellent customer service, knowledgeable and experienced crew, and they delivered on everything they said they were going to do on the job. This company was by far one of the best to perform work on my property, in the 22 years I have owned this house."
