I took 3 bids from roofing contractors and Perez Diaz was the best pick for the work I required including a full roof replacement and rebuilding of a chimney where I was getting a leak into the house. Williams the owner came out to the house and climbed up on the roof and did a full inspection then came down and showed me the pictures of the areas needing work. Within a day I had a great price and in-depth list of what was to be performed. workers showed up on time each day and worked hard till dusk cleaning up nicely each night. The chimney was rebuilt and flashed with copper and it looks fabulous. I now have the best roof on the street! Williams was very responsive and very reasonable, especially compared to the other roofers we got quotes from. He went up on the roof, did a complete investigation, and then gave us a very precise quote for the actual work he would do - other roofers took one look and said, it'll be 4200.00 for whatever we find. Not sure about that business model, but PD's quote was just about half that. At any rate, Williams and crew were easy to deal with, prompt in coming over, and it appears to me did a very thorough job on our roof leak - even including several other areas that would soon be concerns in their fix. I think they did a lot of work for what they charged and I believe did a very solid job. I would recommend them without qualifications!

William is very informative and his crew went above and beyond to make sure the siding trim and wood sheathing was replaced, vented the roof, chimney and pipe flashing changed, installed a new bathroom vent along with full shingle and ice shield replacement.
