"My central AC unit broke down in a hot day. I called multiple contractors, but no one could provide service in the next a few days except Joel. Joel understood my urgency and was able to help on the same day which was his off-work day. He trouble-shot the issue and fixed the problem within about an hour. His charge is also reasonable. "John was outstanding! He meticulously diagnosed the problem and installed the equipment after tracking it down at 2 local supply houses.
