"Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic! This was the second time I used them in the past year and they did not disappoint. I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. They were extremely professional and meticulous in completing the work. Their daily positive attitudes, attention to detail and cleanliness made them a pleasure to have around our home. They were always punctual, respectful and friendly, which goes a long way in enhancing the experience. Alex was adamant about providing the best service possible, and was never once rude or off-putting when I had questions. I can not say enough good things about him or his team. "I would first would to thank the owner Ed and his co-worker Joe for their outstanding job they did replacing our old driveway. Ed was very easy to work and his 30 years of doing driveways showed. Week one taking only one day to remove the old driveway and week 2 to repave in one afternoon. He has great team of workers that got the job done with outstanding end results. They did there inspection and found a solution for the issue. They came out dug the out side of the foundation found the issues with our foundation and then sealed our foundation with a drainage system Now our basement is completely dry thanks again newlondonhomeimprovements"
