"-Customer emailed requesting an estimate on 9/16/2020 at 1:19pm -We emailed back on 9/17/2020 at 9:21am, collected info. Needed for estimate and let customer know estimate would be left in their mailbox within a few days. -Customer emailed again 9/22/2020 reminding us of the estimate - Customer was still on the list as we were and still are backed up on sealing estimate with the huge amount we receive -We emailed back on 9/24/2020 letting customer know we are running behind. - ALL calls that can not be answered immediately are redirected to our answering service. We do not have a prerecord voicemail option. Customer must leave a message with our answering service which then sends us a notification. If a customer does not leave a message with our answering service we have no way of knowing they called and no way of responding back. - Service was on preformed at this location only an estimate request was submitted."
I have a rather large driveway, 1900 square feet, it was all covered with 3/4' stone. I have been looking too have it paved for years but the price was always too high, last time i had a quote was 3 years ago and it was 8000.00.
He quoted me a price of 5600. that included removal of all the old stone and minimum of three inch pavement. great price i said lets do it.
During the process they removed three large rocks and a tree stump that was buried under the 3/4" stone for no extra charge.
Also, I had the driveway lined with landscape timbers that over the year were falling over, they straightened them out and braced them from behind, again no charge.
I wanted too keep the stone they were removing for other projects so the foreman had them piled up in the far side of my yard near the woods.
the drive way came out excellent no complaints at all, can not see any seams and all the edges look great. It comes with a one year warranty for any cracks or frost heaves.
nice job guys thanks,
