"I purchased the awning because my husband has cancer and cannot sit in the sun, he loves to sit on out de ck with our dog but normal umbrellas you have to keep moving because the sun moves but not with this awning its great and he can sit outside and relax and enjoy the fresh cool air. The awning will decrease theheat of the sun 10-15 degrees when open and covering all the deck. We loce it and wish we had gotten one a long time ago."

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.

"The construction crew that was sent installed several pieces incorrectly and this is causing a delay. It is weather tight but will have to come back in Jan. To replace part of the roof and several pieces of trim. The company informed me of these problems and were more than helpful. All in all, I believe that this is a company that is honest and well worth doing business with. I am more than pleased with the service and quality of the product. Would greatly recommend this company to my friends."
