He is very easy to work with and is generally responsive via text. (If he says heâ ll be there at 9:00am, thatâ s when heâ ll show up. ) Iâ ve given him access to my home when Iâ m not there and heâ s entirely trustworthy. "I am still amazed when I walk out on the new deck it beautiful and solid as a rock!  After a 4 year disaster with a previous deck experience, I finally decided to try again and had numerous estimates in the last year.  When Brian came out looked at the existing deck and told me what needed to be done and how he would do it.  I knew he was knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. 
During the project he ran in to some unforeseen and unusually construction idiocracies with the house during the project he adapted and adjusted without a hitch.  The new deck is wonderful and you could drive a truck on it.  My husband is over 250lbs and it doesn't move when he walks or plops down in a chair. 
Brian was here when he said he would be.  He kept us informed about what was going on, and cleaned up before he left.  The details that went into the deck were beyond what I had expected which is always a delight.  Edges were routed, corners smoothed.  A hand rail was installed on the stairs (which have nice wide treads).  Cement for the footings was mixed onsite rather than the cement being poured in the hole and adding water from a hose.
I was/am thrilled with the whole project and will use B&M for future projects.  Oh, did I tell you I was happy with the deck?"

"The door looks great - the job was very good. My only issue was I had mentioned saving the old door to send to Habitat and it was cut so we couldn't donate it. I guess they just forgot. Since then A&W has gotten smaller and their time line is longer so...we'll see if we use them again.

"Jess and the electrician with whom she partners were amazing! They repaired some serious electrical issues in my antique (1790's) home. I went from having the whole house breaker flip whenever I ran the AC, or washed clothes, or ran the bath, or my Mac Pro computer, to everything running perfectly. They, and others, thought I'd need a power upgrade, and we were bracing ourselves to have this done. I paid the deposit. Upon further inspection they discovered the multiple issues could be fixed without the upgrade, so they did all the repairs and smaller upgrades and installations (to circumvent future issues which I wouldn't have foreseen but which other "handy" people have told me were really smart), and now I can run both window AC units while washing and drying clothes and pecking at my big computer, simultaneously! They were so honorable they pointed out this option and refunded all of my deposit that wasn't needed for the job--so the job went from $4,000 to $1,000!!!! How's that for great news?! Not only would I hire them again, but I've already passed on their info to several other people!"
