"My second appointment with Geek Choice in March went well. The phone call from the office to determine what I wanted to accomplish at the visit is a great idea. I would say that here is where Geek Choice can look for complications. For example, someone who's used a computer at work and at home may still be unaware of some basic ideas. For example, if a device is to be added, does it need to be charged, does the person have the correct cable or battery, etc. Young people know this; older people do not necessarily.
The representative was courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and offered additional tips. He arrived within the time frame specified.

"Terrific. He came within a few days of my initial phone call to do the inspection and was then able to do the work within the week. He was professional throughout & clearly explained everything. The realtor felt his price was very reasonable for the knob and tube."

"It took quite awhile for the process to go through. All my documents and pictures are now in a file somewhere in the computer. He left the instructions of how to retrieve. As of this day, I still cannot retrieve any of my documents or pictures. I called the company 2 times. First time left a message, second time spoke to a woman who promised the technician would call me back to walk me through the process. As of today, I still have not received a return call, so I still cannot find any of my documents or pictures. My computre keeps locking up and losing connection to internet, so I have to keep resetting. Overall, I am not happy with whatever they did and I am disappointed that I still have not gotten a return call to help me as promised. He showed up when he said he would, came in under the estimate, and was friendly and easy-going. He also gave the the option of an emailed bill, which I also appreciated.
