"It took quite awhile for the process to go through. All my documents and pictures are now in a file somewhere in the computer. He left the instructions of how to retrieve. As of this day, I still cannot retrieve any of my documents or pictures. I called the company 2 times. First time left a message, second time spoke to a woman who promised the technician would call me back to walk me through the process. As of today, I still have not received a return call, so I still cannot find any of my documents or pictures. My computre keeps locking up and losing connection to internet, so I have to keep resetting.
