They were nice, they were on time they were professional. The work they did did not fully solve the problem, so they came back. My only concern was that the whole thing seemed a bit expensive, but perhaps I have been out of the appliance repair game for too long.

"The cost of service is comparable threw out the USA and 32 years in service, we had the parts on the truck and offered a written warranty in which by your own words we went back out at no charge and rectified a issue under the warranty, you might have saved a few dollars looking around but what you found was a company that cares about its customer's, backs up the warranty and keeps the appointments,,maybe next time you can save 10 bucks and have a tail light warranty with a diffrent company that only takes cash,,no receipt and little to no warranty,, try sears their apx 170 bucks to walk in,,,we are hear if you need us again"

He found the problem with the freezer door and was able to fix it. I gave him 5 stars for the repair. During the pandemic, I wish there was six stars because he used disinfectant to clean the door and the surrounding floor. I would hire him again!

The actual owner of the company came out to look at my stove. He was very professional and honest he could of easily charge me for the parts to fix my stove However, he was honest and advised me for the price of the parts that was needed I was better off getting a new stove. Now keep in mind he is not in the stove selling business. True professional!!

Work was completed during Covid19 scare. Repairman was very professional, wearing mask and completely cleaned up all touched surfaces before he left. I would never by a Samsung refrigerator again but I would call this repair service.

They came and evaluated the problem. Gave me an estimate for the repair. We discussed it and agreed it was not worth repairing due to the age of the unit. I paid for the service call and was very satisfied that I was given good advice.
