They were detailed in painting the trim in some areas of the home while leaving the trim unpainted in others. They covered everything and protected our floors and valuables. The team was overseen and coordinated by the owner, allowing me to focus on my life instead of the project. We got excellent results for a reasonable price and I felt informed the whole time. He recently replaced part of our wrap-around deck, taking out rotted wood and reinforcing it, then putting on new wood, staining and painting. He also replaced rotted railings and repainted them. "Very well. Paulo arrived early Monday on schedule. He did extensive prep and carefully painted 2 rooms-one a complicated entry hall with flight of stairs. Previously stained doors and banisters were painted, ceilings, too. In addition he replaced cracked windows and glazed those and additional ones, 20 in all. He replaced exterior fascia boards and flashing. He repaired squirrel damaged supports and painted those exterior repairs as well as some previous work by another carpenter. He is honest, reliable, conscientious and has a great disposition. He made valuable suggestions which affected my design decisions. He was willing to accommodate additional requests. For example he wired in a new wall fixture. As I told him, the only unhappy residents were the squirrels."
