Paint Perfect was exactly who we needed for a whole house job. They advised the right shade of the color we wanted for our desired look. They advised the brand of paint cost versus quality. They were detailed in painting the trim in some areas of the home while leaving the trim unpainted in others. They covered everything and protected our floors and valuables. The team was overseen and coordinated by the owner, allowing me to focus on my life instead of the project. We got excellent results for a reasonable price and I felt informed the whole time. I could not recommend them highly enough."

"Baldo Ambrocio has been working for us for several years and we have never been disappointed. He is a hard worker, does quality work and shows up on time. He recently replaced part of our wrap-around deck, taking out rotted wood and reinforcing it, then putting on new wood, staining and painting. He also replaced rotted railings and repainted them. We are very pleased with the results and have just hired him again to power-wash the house."

"I really liked him. After he left though I noticed many mistakes where he hit the ceiling and painted over the wall sockets. there was paint on the trim also. There are a few areas and he needed to put an extra coat on that are very sparse but in all fairness we were running out of paint. $800 for sanding walls and painting kitchen."

"Melvin Power Wash is more than just power washing. They are an incredible general contractor that does almost everything. They are your one stop for home repairs. We cannot recommend them enough. We had never used Angie’s List, so we were a little skeptical, but Melvin’s work is perfection. We were under a tight deadline to have a very large house repaired and painted for a listing. They worked very hard to make the deadline. The house was looking beautiful thanks to all their hard work. Each one of his men take pride in doing a job well done. If Melvin is not personally satisfied upon inspection, he will have his men do it over again. We were amazed at their expertise. The icing on the cake was that he was very economical. "I was very surprised at how expensive it would be to paint my condo since the square footage was only 1,199. The living room had cathedral ceilings and there were some dark colors used from the previous owner. I was told because of the dark colors and high ceiling, it would take several coats of paint to cover it and a primer would have to be used. I also wanted to use Benjamin Moore, which I know is more expensive. I needed to have it painted right away. I decided to have the job done by PM Quality painting because they were very professional and I had read the reviews. It went very well. I was told it would be finished in 3 or 4 days, but it was finished in two days because they had extra help. I was extremely happy with the outcome. There were no issues and the cleanup was terrific. They took the extra time to do the caulking where it was needed and to patch up any holes in the wall. It was expensive, but it was worth it. I would definitely recommend them again."
