"Now that I have typed it up, looks like we hired electricians to change light bulbs for us.  But, we didn't know that when we called them, and they could have just as easily sold us on new sconces and an overhead light for the kitchen.  And, when they told me that they had to go to Home Depot to get supplies, I asked them, "Would you mind picking up something for me there?"  They quickly responded, "Of course." without even asking what it was first.  It could have been trash barrels and I think they would have done it.  Actually, it was the flood lights for the back yard.  One was burned out, and I wasn't sure on size, etc. 



The workman were considerate, didn't laugh that they were only changing light bulbs, and were generous with their time - not making me feel rushed in what all I needed to have done.



Since, then, I have purchased a condo and will be contacting them to change all of the indoor lights.  (Again, using electricians to change bulbs, but they know how to do it, and what to use so it will last a long time.)
