I really loved working with Power Forward. We needed a 50A external connector and interlock fitted for a portable generator, a new floodlight and a smart doorbell wired up. Ian Stewart responded immediately to my request for a quote and was very helpful going over my options and discussing generators at length to ensure I was going to be set up right and I was able to get a fair and detailed quote very quickly. After accepting online, Morgan was very helpful setting up the appointment and Chris Woosley, who was the technician that came around to install everything, was also very knowledgeable, enthusiastically answered all my questions and worked diligently and neatly. Everything was clean and neat after he'd finished. With excellent communication, extremely detailed quote, friendly employees and easy one click online pay options after the job was complete, I was extremely impressed at how slick each part of the process was and the service that I received. Due to a recent storm, a tree landed on our homes electrical wiring, ripping the cables off our home. Phenomenal job installing a whole-house fan. Arrived on time, did a great job on installation and did a professional job of cleaning up after themselves. Price was fantastic too - can't rate them highly enough.

It was kind of urgent as most of the house did not have power including the furnace. We are in this (old) house one year and did not have an electrician. A Neighbor gave us the name for Power Forward (Ian). He called right back and was here in an hour. Ian went about the house checking outlets and the circuits. He was careful not to make any unnecessary mess and told us what he was doing throughout. Once he figured out the problem we discussed the repair and he got to it. Our power was back in an hour.

Ian was knowledgeable, kind, polite, neat and respectful of our family members and home. It took about two hours for the jobs to be completed.

It went smoothly. It was 1 room with very old electric sockets. Ian came in and within 2 hrs got the job done. Sockets were old and tuff. Happy Ian could change them. His prices are fair and I've had no problems with outages since sockets were replaced

Great. Ian installed a new dimmer switch, rewired a ceiling fixture and installed a new fixture. Ian was nicely dressed. Used "booties" when walking thru house. Cleaned up any messes he made. He was very pleasant to talk to and explained what the problems were and how he would fix them.
