Saviour Septic is the company for all your septic needs! Mark and his staff will give you excellent customer service by treating you as their ONLY customer. I had a septic system that failed inspection when selling my house. Instead of the expense of a whole new system, Mark explained and showed me the problems. Mark was able to rejuvenate the system by installing 2 risers and "D" boxes, cleaned out the sludge and added the correct bacteria so the system would work. He also fixed a broken line from the house to the septic. He saved me thousands of dollars. He also gave me a sizable senior citizen discount. He worked with my realtor saving the sale. He gave me a warranty on all workmanship good for a year and is transferable to the new buyer! I feel blessed to have this company. I can't say enough about Mark, Alex, and Kelly. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My sewer line was backed up and I needed help right away. Sam called me back in minutes and came right over. He assessed my problem and told me he would be back in the morning after giving me a temporary fix. Instead he called Mark and had him come over and take a look at the problem who found the source of the issue and gave me a more in depth temporary fix. He helped me with contacting my insurance company and was in constant communication with me every step of the way and was ready to come back if anything came up. He and his staff did an excellent job of removing item and conducting the clean up as well as, pointing out other problem areas. I would hire them again and I would recommend them to everyone. I was pretty nervous about the situation but they put my mind at ease.

Had an awesome experience with Mark! He was very professional, knowledgeable and got right to the point on what my issue was. He not only knew how to solve the problem, he kept me in the loop (I was at work) but also showed my dad where the issue was located and what the issue is. I've used them three times now and would use them again. ALWAYS a timely response to my calls. Quick response, top notch knowledge of the my septic system and its idosyncrasies. From trouble shooting to working out a plan of repair, the labor itself to the cleanup afterward all topped off by a reasonable price. I don't usually do reviews but felt I had to for such a great guy and team. If you don't call Mark its your fault who else you get.

I found the company extremely professional and knowledgeable. Mark and Shawn did an outstanding job of repairing our system and getting it up and running again. They identified a number of problems that needed correcting and did so quickly and efficiently. Great people to work with and excellent workmanship.

Had a problem with a clogged sewer line which was backing up into my basement. Ugh! Thought I would have to replace the sewer, which would have been very costly. He kept working tirelessly until he unclogged it. He saved me a lot of money. Job was done at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Mark told me he would be at my house at 10:30 and he was. He spent close to three hours to unclog the drain that backed up into my dishwasher. He took all the old plumbing from under the sink and replaced it with all new pipes and fittings. He tested everything to make sure there was no leaks before he left! Excellent job! I will recommend him to my family and friends.

Fixed a break in my sewer line in one day. First snaked the pipe, then ran a hose into it to clean it. Then put a camera down into sewer pipe to locate the break, dug a trench and replaced pipe. Beautiful job done, left the property neat and clean. Price was reasonable. Mark was professional, Chris worked so hard to finish the job. I would highly recommend Savior.

Very fast response to the initial problem of a blocked sewer line. They came out the next day and cleared it. Upon inspection found that a portion of the pipe had to be replaced because of roots in the pipe. That was early February 2018. I paid half for that work, as I thought it was urgent, but the work is still not completed. Two emails and they haven't returned a response to follow up with an idea of date. Project now complete! Apologized for delay, received a discount and extra clean-out done! Very pleased with the job!

Quick call back when we made initial call. Good questions asked to get an idea of the problem we had. Quick response from the team of Rich & Lionel They fully, expertly, patiently diagnosed all possible reasons for the problems we were having, laid out the game plan and how they were going to execute it and gave me a price. For all they did and all the specialized equipment they used, their price was more than fair, especially for a Saturday. They were fully commited to making sure the problem was 100% resolved before they left the job site and they weren't rushed to get to another job. I found that refreshing. When Rich & Lionel got to work it was just a matter of staying out of their way as they did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and showed me the proof on the camera of what was done and what may need to be done in the future. They were truthful, offered visual proof of what they did and what would need to be done. If I could give more than 5 star in every area of this survey I would. I had called another local septic company and left numerous messages, were called back a day later, and the person they sent made several guesses and wouldn't be specific on a price. Saviour Septic did the job in a timely manner with professionalism and honesty. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who asks about this type of service. If you select a different service, even without hearing the name I would feel confident telling you you're using the wrong one. Saviour Septic can't be compared to anyone else. They far exceed their competition in every way, shape and form.

I was a little nervous about this project. I had notified other septic companies before I found Home Advisor and had poor results.. Saviour Septic (Mark) was very knowledgeable and patient and explained the whole process. The job is now completed and the work area is restored. I have a great system installed thanks to you and this great company.

WOW..I just moved into a home 3 days prior to my sewer line backing up all over my basement (YUK)...Of course, it was a Saturday morning. I looked on HomeAdvisor and called Saviour Septic. Mark (the owner) answered....told me to leave everything where it was and then he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house. By Sunday night at 8:00pm...Mark and Sean had cleared the blockage, cleaned & disinfected (YUK again) the area, helped me decide what should be kept or trashed, and then helped me move all of the items to be trashed to a garage to be put in a dumpster at a later date. I cannot rate high enough for the compassion, professionalism, quality of work, and peace of mind that my house is not only clog-free, but that my house is safe for my family. When I asked Mark why he drove 2-1/2 hours to get to my house, he simply answered "because you needed help." You should not consider hiring any other company for your plumbing and septic/sewer needs. I feel so lucky that Mark answered the phone and within 36 hours my house was safe and sound. Thank you so much, Mark & Sean.

Mark and his team are excellent. They were able to work around my crazy schedule and get the work done before I had a quote from a previous company. They were very reasonable and I was so happy that I went with them. I am a military wife who could have easily been lied to or taken advantage of and Saviour Septic did not do either. I called and got Mark right away for my septic issue. Mark got back to me right away and had his team there the next day. The think I really like about Saviour is their commitment to help the customer vs make as much money as possible. All I can say without getting into details is that Saviour has done everything they can to help save me money on what could have been a major project. I highly recommend these guys !!

Mark replaced our septic tank and some of the piping to and from the tank. The work was done in a timely matter despite some terrible weather and hitting some rock ledge. He was great to talk to on the phone and addressed any concerns we had quickly. His price for the original job and the extra work needed to pass inspection was very reasonable.

He and his team worked hard and made adjustments with pleasant optimism when faced with the challenges of repairing water main pipes after a severe leak occurred at the retaining wall on our hard-to-access, 100 year old property. We chose Saviour Septic after getting other competitive bids and contacting references. It was a good decision. Mark was accessible to answer questions throughout the project and he guaranteed his work. I highly recommend Saviour Septic when you need repairs to main water pipes.

Mark and his team were extremely responsive! They showed up quickly for emergency service when we had a septic system backup. Not only did they clear the clog, but they rebuilt part of our septic system piping to avoid further problems from occurring again. We were very pleased with the professional service, advice, and cleanup after the job!
