Restoration ExpertsThe whole crew was very professional, and the Restoration Experts case manager, Justin, took the time to explain everything from how of damage happens and best practices to fix it. He outlined everything his company would do before they did it, answered all my excessive questions with patience and understanding, and set up scheduling. The crew was hardworking and efficient. My house looked better after Restoration Experts got to it, than it did before the smoke damage!! As you can see from the picture, something as simple as making sure the saddle matches the color of the floor they themselves installed was not even something they could deliver on. Our original saddle they threw away, then they took over 2 months to bring over a new one and install it. It is the wrong color and the wood is not even finished, it feels rough to the touch. For a project that they charged close to $4k for a small bedroom, to think this is acceptable is extremely wrong. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. They have absolutely no attention to detail.
