I use them frequently and they are really good. They are excellent! They are prompt; when you call them, they give you a time and how long they think it will take to do it. They are pros and they are just good at what they do. Their cleaning capabilities are wonderful; cleaning of furniture, cleaning of rugs, and cleaning of drapes. They are fantastic!

I mean the rugs came back clean they were a little bit probably they were, the kind of rugs they were a little bit bigger than they started off and they replace the rug pads too which we paid for but there was a special on that the price was reasonable I'd say, but the rug pads didn't last and the rug size was slightly altered but they were loose weaved like rag rugs so I am sure it had nothing to do with them. They asked the appropriate questions they knew about rugs, I thought they knew the business.

Well they didn't move a lot of furniture that I expected them to and in the pass when I have had carpet cleaning the sort of move the coach and the table and things they didn't do that the told me to remove nicks nacks which I did but it didn't look like they did a whole lot of the larger furniture moving but the truth is I really really wanted them to clean the pet stains up and they did do that and the carpet looked clean when it was all done.

I'd poured salt on it immediately when the accident occurred and they said that helped but when they received the rug there was a noticeable set of blotches. The rug was cleaned and looks brand new! I rarely give 5 star reviews but we will use them to clean all of our treasured orientals in future.

I called Triple S; they picked up the rug 2 days later (they'd have done it the next day but no one could be home on our side); they returned the rug one week later - it was spotless! The pick up and delivery service is great.

In addition to cleaning a 4 year old carpet with multiple spots in a bedroom and a hall, I had them look at a stairway that I expected to have to replace the carpet on. They did a fabulous job on all the carpets! There was a grease stain from the lawnmower and I thought the carpet was ruined. I told them I only wanted the stairs to be cleaned if he could get out the grease, otherwise, I would just replace that carpet. When they finished all the areas looked new, but I was especially pleased with the stairway. You will see less expensive offers for carpet cleaning, but I have never been disappointed with Triple S. Pricey, but well worth it.

Triple S is the company I've been using to clean the carpeting in my house. They're very considerate, very professional, and thorough. They are the best in the area in my opinion, they really know exactly what they're doing. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of their work. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.
