+ 0 moreJoe Sheehan the rep was very nice but very clueless. We had a big job for Empire being that they are a budget company offering cheap window treatments and carpet. The job was to cover 2,000 sq ft with carpet which they were able to do and to custom fit 36 in windows with window treatments which they where not able to do.

The job was to cover 2,000 sq ft with carpet which they were able to do and to cutom fit 36 windows with window treatments which they where not able to do. Joe visited us several times but was not able to answer our questions. We tried calling a manager who promised to get back to us within 3 business days but did not. This conversation started in January and ended today with Empire stating, "We are unable to complete your window needs" Never heard of someone turning down business but Empire did. It was most likely not Joe's fault but Empires. He had no idea what to tell us but should have told us that Empire is inferior. We would never use them again.

+ -1 moreI have had no problems. I was pleased when I used them before for steps. I also had them do cordless shades for me previously too. They bring everything to you. You don’t have to go hunting for it. Their prices are just as good as if you had gone to a store.
Description of Work: They added carpet to our basement.

+ -1 moreHe gave one price on the phone and then increased it when he came and found out I really needed to get the carpet cleaned for a house showing, even though he had already agreed to come and clean it right away on the phone. He increased the price by 50%. Then he did a poor job, the equipment didn't fully extract the dirt and water, leaving the carpet soaking wet. It took 3 days to dry.
Description of Work: We had him clean one carpet in one room.

+ -1 moreI spent about $150 on that service. They did everything that they said they would, so I was very pleased with their service. They showed up right on time, charged me exactly what they said they were going to charge me and cleaned my carpets. They were very pleasant to deal with and the carpet looked nice.

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 large rooms of carpet for me. The carpet was very stained and smelly but got it sparkling clean and deodorized. They were sharp on time. Very professional and quick. They know what they are doing. I moved some of my light weight furniture and they moved the sofa for me and placed plastic underneath the legs. I definitely recommend Empire Carpet & Floor Care,and will use them again.

+ -1 moreTHEY STEAM CLEANED BEAUTIFULLY, CAME IN QUICKLY AND DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO WHILE MY CHILDREN WERE AT SCHOOL. THEY HAD IT CLEANED BEFORE THE REST OF MY FAMILY CAME BACK. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY GOOD PRICES.
