I have had no problems. I was pleased when I used them before for steps. I also had them do cordless shades for me previously too. They bring everything to you. You don’t have to go hunting for it. Their prices are just as good as if you had gone to a store.

He gave one price on the phone and then increased it when he came and found out I really needed to get the carpet cleaned for a house showing, even though he had already agreed to come and clean it right away on the phone. He increased the price by 50%. Then he did a poor job, the equipment didn't fully extract the dirt and water, leaving the carpet soaking wet. It took 3 days to dry.

I spent about $150 on that service. They did everything that they said they would, so I was very pleased with their service. They showed up right on time, charged me exactly what they said they were going to charge me and cleaned my carpets. They were very pleasant to deal with and the carpet looked nice.

The person who we dealt with was very reliable, punctual and professional. I did read a good review about them online. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Quick job. Looked good right after he left - but two days later old stains still came up.

THEY STEAM CLEANED BEAUTIFULLY, CAME IN QUICKLY AND DID WHAT THEY NEEDED TO DO WHILE MY CHILDREN WERE AT SCHOOL. THEY HAD IT CLEANED BEFORE THE REST OF MY FAMILY CAME BACK. THEY ALSO HAVE VERY GOOD PRICES.
