Jose remodeled our master shower, and did a complicated repair on our guest shower. The master shower looks great. For the guest shower, he was able to locate hard to find matching marble that helped us avoid having to fully redo the shower. We would highly recommend him!

We hired J&J to do a kitchen remodel. Of all the contractors we spoke to, they were the only ones that provided a detailed estimate of what was included and what was not. Jose, the owner, was very responsive and was very clear with scheduling. His team provided very good quality, were very pleasant and always left the area clean. Jose also gave very good advice to us as we considered various options and pushed back appropriately if he didnt think something would work well or look good. We are very happy with our new kitchen and will definitely use J&J again in the future.

Bathroom

Jose and his team are very reliable and offer an amazing value for the craftsmanship and attention to detail he brings to each project. We have been working with Jose for over 7 years and no matter how big or small, we always know who to call. I highly recommend this group of courteous and qualified team in my home. Especially if you do not have any contractor experience, Jose has the knowledge and expertise to bring your inspiration photos or drawings to life. Highly recommend without reservation!!

Jose remodeled two full bathrooms in my townhouse. One of the remodeled bathrooms was a shift in the actual layout/dimensions of the bathroom itself. It entailed moving a wall and configuring a new closet space. I had an idea of how the new layout of the full bath should be, but Jose helped decide the right shower size/vanity dimensions to make the most out of the space. When it came to pick out the finishes, he was very helpful if I had any logistical questions (will it fit? Is it the right type? Will I need any additional parts, etc). Jose is also a great collaborator to brainstorm ideas. He could also gently and respectfully talk me out of a couple of my bad ideas which I appreciated. A couple of unforeseen issues arose during the construction that were outside the scope of the project and Jose talked me through the problem and was able to get the right people (HVAC, Plumber, etc) out to fix the issues. One thing that I found to be incredibly valuable was that Jose was VERY responsive via phone call or text messaging. I could call or text him day or night if I had any questions/concerns. I would highly recommend Jose and J&J Angeles Home Improvement. I am definitely planning on hiring Jose and his team for future projects.

First let me start out saying what a gentleman Jose is. Second the quality of work is unbelievable!!!. My house is completely transformed and prices compared to other companies are not even comparable. Greatest contractor ever and will absolutely use him again for future work. Thank you Jose and his team it was a pleasure having you.

We hired Jose to remodel our condo kitchen and are very happy with his work.. top notch! We will be calling him again to do the bathroom. Jose is detail oriented, professional, on time and does what he says he's going to do. His crew worked hard and did a very nice job. They were respectful of our home while working and we felt very safe throughout this process. We had one minor error by the counter/stone guy but Jose fixed it immediately and followed up to get us a great kitchen on time and budget. Jose is honest, fair and has integrity. He has a good eye and made suggestions for detailed little things that we really appreciated. We are happy to have found him and would definitely recommend him to others.

Owner Jose Angeles is an angel to work with. He was extremely dedicated to my bath remodeling project which required tub removal & a wall to wall shower installation that included the toilet. He was fastidious in detailing, communicative, Jose wants to please. Patient in laying down mosaic tiling, his crew cleans up each day and are timely every work day. Jose is an experienced GC and very resourceful in offering suggestions on the selection of various fixtures and or methods. Hands down I'd work with Jose again.

He is patient his attention to detail is amazing, always courteous, he asked a lot of questions he never assumes, his pricing is fair when there was a change order it was extremely detailed, and the pricing was always fair. The quality of his work is amazing I've already recommended him to friends and neighbors.

Jose and his team are skilled general contractors - he does excellent work and can be reasonably priced when competing against other quotes. We have used his services for several years across a range of projects including interior/exterior painting, general remodeling (sheetrock/plumbing/electrical) and deck renovation/repair. We would not hesitate to hire J&J Angeles for future projects.
