Local and family owned since 1989. With over 45 years combined experience, our uniformed technician/s will arrive in one of our lettered service vehicles to serve your needs. Actual Employees, not subcontractors, carry out the work and you will have peace of mind knowing that our emphasis is to perform a quality and thorough job! We serve the Greater Springfield Area and will travel, upon request (Please call us with your location for pricing). Clothes dryer vent cleaning is as low as $44.99. Duct cleaning starts at $389.99 for a small system with up to five vents. We also clean electric and hot water baseboard heating systems. Phone estimates are free. We offer a 10% discount for senior citizens, people with a disability, firefighters, police officers, clergy & those currently serving in the U.S. Military and to U.S. Veterans. We actively contribute to various charities and are very proud to have cleaned the ducts for a home built in 2009 in our area in association with Kent Pecoy Construction and ABC's "Extreme Makeover, Home Edition" TV Show. More recently, we provided relief for our neighbors who survived a tornado which struck Western Massachusetts on the afternoon of June 1, 2011. Immediately following, my employees and I delivered pizzas and water to survivors who had no electricity and also assisted a local church effort in distributing supplies and food that they had collected from so many caring members of their congregation and which were also donated by our local community. We are an award winning contractor, having won the Angie's List Super Service Award for the 7th consecutive year after first earning the award in 2012! "The owner returned my call promptly and after discussing the services needed he emailed me a detailed estimate and answered all my questions. I was confident after speaking to Joe that the work would be done exactly as I had requested. His son, Anthony, was the actual serviceman and he was courteous and my questions were answered and together we agreed on the best plan to cover everything that needed to be done in the most efficient and least disruptive manner. He worked tirelessly to complete all the extra services I hadn’t thought of initially which involved cleaning the bathroom vents, replacing the bird guard on the outside of the dryer vent and also cleaning the refrigerator coils which it turns out were in pretty bad shape! He showed me pictures of before and after and the difference was remarkable. Although he needed to work longer to accommodate all my requests, he was kind and patient and did not make me feel guilty for adding extra work, although I felt bad that he had a very long work day! If you are looking for courteous, reliable,and professional service this is the company to choose!"
