"The gentleman who showed up was prompt and very courteous, but unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say.He was here for 40 minutes, charged me 200 dollars and told me he couldnâ t fix it in my garage, because the oil was sludge and he may or may not be able to fix it, but he would have to take it back to the shop and it would cost me 80 dollars an hour to try to fix it.When I gave him a check for his time and asked for a receipt, he looked at me like I was asking for a kidney, and wrote something down on apiece of notebook paper, which was supposed to be a receipt.It was not an invoice with the company name or any reference to their business license.I later received an explanation from somebody in the office, that they would send me an invoice for the work done.I have never had any contractor not present a proper business receipt to me when I have given them a check, prior to this."

I accepted the estimate and arranged a time for the work to be done. Once again Rob showed up on time prepared to do the work. He complained the job in the amount of time given. The work that was done was well done and very professional. He was very helpful and easy to work with. Also he was able to answer any questions that I had. I call numerous solar companies and no one would help me. Then I found Phase Out Electric it was an immediate yes after I told them what was going on. My inverter was bad and still under guarantee and they took care of getting it for me. I was kept well informed on what was happening. I will use them again if I have any more problems."
