"I highly recommend Guarco Construction. Carl Guarco and his crew just completed paving and curbing my parents' long, steep, curving driveway -- not an easy job. They dug up and removed the old asphalt, gave extra attention to preparing the bed, paved the main driveway, installed curbing and a secondary driveway/parking spot. Carl kept me well informed during the entire process and always responded to my calls and questions right away. The driveway looks beautiful. I would definitely hire Guarco Construction again for other paving work."

"Perez Paving Company deserves more than a five-star review. The last time I had my driveway paved by another company, they simply removed the old asphalt and repaved it. Within three to five years, the driveway had cracked and developed sinkholes. Perez did much more than remove the old asphalt. They also removed the old fill, replaced it with processed stone, and carefully checked the driveway’s pitch with a level as they worked. For example, they made sure the surface would drain properly instead of leaving low spots where water could collect. They followed through on everything they promised—and even exceeded expectations. They said they would remove the old asphalt and fill, add processed stone, apply at least three inches of asphalt, and compress it to about two and a half inches. These extra steps showed they were focused on building a durable driveway, not just covering up the old surface. They did a tremendous job and were professional, polite, and detail-oriented throughout."

We needed a driveway renovation plus landscaping - broken areas of asphalt to repave, cracks to fill, landscaping to build up on the sides of the drive to prevent further crumbling, and then sealcoating. Rick who quoted the job was very professional - his crew showed up promptly as scheduled, worked very hard and did a very nice job with the patch paving, crack filling and landscaping. As soon as the weather warmed up, the crew came back to finish the project with a beautiful two-coat spray on of sealcoating. This over 15 year old driveway looks brand new. Courteous. Nice. Easy to schedule and showed up on time as scheduled. Worked very hard. Did a super job. We will definitely hire E & B again next year for a final sealcoat over the recently patches which were too recently installed to be sealcoated this year. "Ours was a small chimney job but one that needed to be done. I had a couple other estimates but wanted to wait the two weeks to get one from Alex due to great reviews on Angie's list. A little concerned we would get lost within the big jobs but Alex treated us as if we WERE a big job. Took care of a sidewalk issue for us while he was here as well. Very impressed with both the customer service skills, reliability, and the work quality. Definitely will be our choice for our patio and front porch work. Highly recommend !"

"I highly recommend R&M Masonry. From my first inquire for prices and all the way to the end of the work performed at my house John responded to any questions or concerns almost immediately. John took a lot of time to make sure I knew what I would be getting, sending me pictures of prior jobs to giving me locations to go look at the pavers before ordering them. Very patient with all my questions, always polite and again followed up on everything with me no matter how big or small. The completed projects turned out beautifully. Romeo Johnâ s father did amazing job. I had my staircase completely torn apart and redone, waljway removed replaced with new walkway. Added new walkway in the back of my house which a little tricky related to water pooling concerns. Romeo completed the walkway and even fixed my fence gate that was so off balance for years. The day the job was totally completed you would never know there was any work done at my home. I could not find even a rock out of place. No debris of any type left behind. I canâ t say enough good things about this company. I give them 5 stars!!"
