I hired JUGGS Masonry to re-do my two sets of front steps as well as the sidewalk and it came out beautiful!! It was a fair price as I got several quotes, they were very attentive, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about everything. They ripped out my old brick sidewalk and steps and re-installed brand-new pavers of my choice all in three days. I would not hesitate to hire them for any projects I might have in the future!!

James and his team did an amazing job of our driveway, front walkway and back patio, including stairs to our pool and a retaining wall. They thought of small details and kept all their promises and were pleasant and professional throughout the project. Highly recommend!!

We needed our front steps and walkway replaced, along with several other repair issues around our house, and back patio. James was here the next day to review our needs and provide us with his estimate for the job. The following week all the work was started and completed in just two days. AS PROMISED!! This included several changes we made as the work progressed. My wife and I are thrilled with the results, which are clearly a dramatic improvement. Judging from the number of complements we have already gotten there is no question we made the right choice going with Juggs Paving and Masonry. This is as easy as it gets, the experience from start to finish as good as it gets, and the results better than imagined. Highly recommended!!!

I didn't even consider hiring anyone else for the job because of excellent reviews & word of mouth from friends who had all good things to say. James showed up on time for everything scheduled, he was very professional. My driveway came out beautiful and I have no complaints. If I need more work done on my property I will definitely call them again. Hands down the best decision I could have made.

There's no need to even consider any other company to do your driveway. I bought my house 3 years ago and the driveway was already terrible. It was a bumpy, cracked remnant of a very, very old driveway that could have probably doubled as a testing site for the Mars Rover, but I still prioritized other more "fun" projects inside the house. After shoveling chunks of asphalt along with snow for 3 seasons and needing to avoid a large crater that turns into an ice rink it could no longer be put off. I contacted about 5 companies and James answered the phone on the first call and came out for an estimate the next day. NONE of the other companies returned my call, but one did show up unannounced and left an estimate in the mailbox a week later. We were already sold on using Juggs even before getting the other estimate. It was obvious James takes great pride in his company, his work, and the trade as a whole. When we did get the estimate from the other company it was similar in price, but didn't include as much detail, as much base material and prep work, or removal of the old driveway (that was extra; weird). So, Juggs was overall a better deal. A couple weeks later it was our turn to get the driveway done. They showed up on time to tear the old driveway out and do the prep work for the asphalt that would arrive the next day. They worked fast and efficiently. James was there to make sure it was all being done as it should. Same thing the next when they put the asphalt down. We are so, so happy with the new driveway. It was done exactly as we were told it would be and they were mindful of the health of the roots of a tree that's next to the driveway. It looks wonderful and they even angled an area for water to run off. We have a couple more big projects on the To-Do list and will absolutely have Juggs back to do them.

Excellent work by Juggs on installing a new concrete carport pad, concrete front walk, replacing my crumbling front steps, and resurfacing my existing asphalt driveway. The owner was there every step of the way. He was there all during the work and stayed in communication with me. He listened to my questions and concerns and gave great advice. I have a better finished product with his suggestions than I would have chosen on my own. Really great work and I'll be happy to hire them again when I start my next big home improvement project.

James and crew were absolutely exceptional: professional, punctual, polite, efficient and detailed-oriented. Could not be happier. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO HIRE ANYONE OTHER THAN JUGGS!!!

James and the crew took advantage of good early season weather to pave our 5000 SF driveway sooner than expected. All of the work was professionally done, and exactly as described. The site was left neat and clean. Very good communication along the way.

Professionalism at it’s best. I applaud James and his valuable team for the great job they did in completing the challenging first phase of my backyard project. The project commenced right away, and his team wasted no time to deliver my expectations. My first phase included.. • Filling in the old inground pool with stone from a dismantled 9’ stone wall in yard. • Adding additional material to fill in gaps in the big hole then compacting said area with a commercial heavy-duty compactor to ensure a future level patio with firepit. • Designed a beautiful patio area with Nicolock pavers. • Installation of a sophisticated drainage system to preclude any sitting water accumulation. • Regrading yard, bringing in about 2 triaxles of loom carried into backyard by wheelbarrows, due to limitations with ingress and egress. This helped to lessen the steep hill to allow for a softer, gradual sloping of yard. Additional 4-5 axels to be brought in during second phase. • Transplanting very large, mature, evergreens to another location in yard My past hardship experiences with inept and unscrupulous contractors helped me to recognize a truly genuine contractor, like James. He boasts integrity and is truly impeccable with his word. What he says, he delivers. James is onsite, making certain his team follows his directive. When I had any questions, concerns, changes, with the scope of work James responded quickly and without hesitation. He had also gone out of his way to provide recommendations as to how I can correct areas of concern in my expansion joints in my concrete driveway independently. James has a very creative mind and is easy and comfortable to work with. I appreciate him helping to take my vision and turn it into a reality. My new patio area with firepit is awesome! Thank you, James and team! My next large phase of construction is forthcoming. It will include hardscape and landscape with stone wall and installation of Trex privacy fencing along with hydroseeding once weather is appropriate. I look forward to working with James and his team again to begin my second phase.

James called us back immediately, came out for a free estimate, and returned a couple of days later with a contract and to finalize plans for repaving our driveway. His crew showed up, did the job quickly and well, and even offered to throw in a little something extra we needed done. SO now we have a railing on our front step. When we had a small issue of a slightly low spot, they responded quickly with a solution.

Great people to work with. Family owned. Great job and neat work performed as specified. Contract detailed all work along with costs before starting job. Most importantly, James immediately answered every phone call!! Great company!!

Fast! And flawless!

We had a longstanding problem with water in garage and basement. Hired Juggs masonry to redo asphault driveway which sloped toward garage door. We learned that the problem was more extensive with cracks in foundation and structural problems with concrete garage floor. James clearly explained the work that would be done, the exact steps and schedule, and the estimated cost. Juggs Masonry crew was professional, punctual, FAST and stood by cost estimates. We strongly recommend JuggsMasonry with no reservations, and we will hire them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent work performed. The paving had some problems due to the steam roller; but the men returned to finish the paving after the machine was repaired, and the end result was a very smooth driveway that I am very happy with. If customers don't use Juggs for paving they are making a big mistake. I like the way they apply asphalt to the driveway, they use wheelbarrows. Other paving companies dump it from the truck, roll it, then each truck comes, and dumps it, then it's rolled again. Then in a few years you end up with seam separations, and cracks where the truck finishes dumping at those locations.

Driveway repaving and drain install

Wonderfully. James gave me a great estimate, the work was done quickly and my driveway is gorgeous. I will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends. I am also going to be doing some masonry work in the near future and James will be doing this work as well.

Day #1: Asphalt driveway and concrete sidewalk removed. 4 feet of lawn removed & relocated to other side of driveway. Approximately 5-6 inches of crushed rock added to driveway and rolled, base for the new patio block sideway laid and rolled. Mailbox temporarily removed and relocated due to expanded driveway. Approximately 5 feet of sidewalk patio blocks laid. Approximately 3 inches of asphalt laid on the driveway, rolled and stamped. All in approximately 4 hours. Day #2: Remaining patio block sidewalk laid. Patio blocks added to porch, sides of porch, steps and front of steps. Mailbox reinstalled properly using concrete to secure. Lawn raked and smoothed out to height of driveway. All in a little over 4 hours. Left us about 20 patio blocks in the event we have to replace any in the future. I wish Angie's list allowed reviewers to post pictures of the final results. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality and workmanship performed and highly recommend this company. They are hard workers and take pride in everything they do. The only issue I had, and not happy with, is they have this statement on their website..."We believe in all the work we do and will stand by any work we do up to 7 years." Before they started the work I asked about the warranty and the owners son just smiled. I should have pressed him on it. When the work was done, and before I paid them, I asked him to put the warranty on the contract and I mentioned the 7 years stated on their website, he said they normally only warranty driveways and walkways for 12 months but he'd put 3 years on the contract. The warranty is not stated on the contract so I recommend you have them write it on the contract before you sign it.

Juggs Paving was prompt and thorough. Their team work very well together and the project was completed well and in record time. Would definitely hire again.

They were here when promised and did an excellent job. A little miscommunication on one thing but they rectified it to our satisfaction. Would recommend them to anyone.

James and his team at Juggs Paving and Masonry did an amazing job on our new patio! It is more than we even hoped for! James was incredibly informative and patient with us as we made our selections and asked question after question. The work itself looks beautiful and clean. Our yard was left in perfect shape and there is no indicator that there were people working at our house for a week. We were greatly appreciative of how well they cleaned up. We have received nothing but compliments on the work that was done to create the beautiful stairs and patio that we now have. We are looking forward to using our patio as a family and for all our future picnics and events.
