"Jaason is a courteous, knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and very good to work with. We were having a problem with our jet pump frequently recycling. Contacted Jason, owner of Performance Pump via Angi, and on that Saturday evening at 7:30pm, he returned the call with his estimate and a start date of Tuesday. Things got worse, and on Sunday, we lost water entirely. I again contacted Jason about the outage and he managed to arrive Monday afternoon about 3:30pm and by 7pm we were back online. The job required pulling all the piping to get to the foot valve. Jason replaced the foot valve, the well pipes and sanitary seal. He also recharged our neutralizing media and replaced a leaking valve. Great service. Highly recommended"

"There's really not that much I can say. The two men who arrived both put booties on, which was nice. One of the men ran a test for chlorine (found some) and to determine if I had hard water (I did). Normally I wouldn't have allowed two workers, since I've been burned in the past by theft. It's a common strategy for one worker to turn the water off and while you are watching the man who is doing the inspection and repair work the other is looking for items to hock. But these two seemed honest enough. After all was said and done the disposer was beyond repair -- something had "snapped." The disposer was relatively new so I wasn't about to purchase a new one. The man said he had never seen a disposer vibrate that way, but I had researched it online and it's not too uncommon. ???"

"Harmond helped me over video link to test the components in my broken refrigerator. The testing confirmed that it was the compressor that had failed. I purchased a new refrigerator because I decided it was not worth the cost to replace the compressor."
