These guys a fabulous! We had 7-8 large trees removed. They showed up on time, got the job done without a hitch, cleaned up, no fuss no muss and reasonably priced (I got 4 estimates and theirs was the lowest). Very easy to work with. I strongly recommend them!

Luis and his team in CT (Hartford area) are absolutely outstanding. I do not work for Lars, but I am truly impressed. They removed a maple tree that we damaged and trimmed a large oak tree, and trimmed another maple. Luis is very knowledgeable, and I trust his judgement. He also told me what branches to trim on my magnolia tree. Highly recommend.

Louis was supposed to remove the tree and grind down the stump. Left the stump and said he would be back to finish the job. Multiple calls to find out that his machine was broken and no firm commitment to when it would be fixed. Had to get someone else to finish the job.

We had some crazy wind gusts and I noticed that one dead tree had cracked and was leaning and another dead tree had completely snapped. Did an 'Angi' search and found Lars Tree Service. They called me within 5 minutes of the request, came out for a quote within 60 minutes, negotiated a bit on price (we settled on $1500 total), had a truck hear within 2 hours of the initial visit, and had the trees down 90 minutes later. When reviewing the completed job, I asked them to move the logs because it was on my neighbors plot, it was no issue either. 10 out of 10 stars for the job they did for us.

I needed 2 large trees taken down and it was a challenging job as one was threatening the house and the other was threatening the power lines to the house. They arrived on time, quickly removed them with no incident, and cleaned everything up. Courteous, professional, and highly recommended.

Luis and Scarlet arrived on time for the estimate. The price was very reasonable for the size and number of trees that needed to be cut down. (We had 3 estimates) The crew arrived promptly the day of service and worked endlessly the entire day. They finished the project raking up all debris leaving our yard looking great! I highly recommend Lars Tree Service to anyone needing tree removal.

Luis and team did a great job taking two large maple trees in our yard. The job was tough and they worked very hard to get it done. Clean up after the work was also great and they did the best they could. They also very accommodative on getting it done on a Saturday before our party. Price was fair and they were true professional. Will definitely hire them again. Scarlett was also very helpful in answering all my questions before the start of the job as it was my first time taking the tree down and I want to get it done the right way. Thanks guys!
