Excellent experience. The lead guy (Nathan Timberman) was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. On the day they did the work, the crew showed up on time, clearly know exactly what they were doing, and completed the job very quickly. Every member of the crew was also fluent in English, which nowadays is a big plus.

Other than the couple of delays in getting this project started, once they arrived, they completed the job in 2 days. They were polite, efficient and very professional. They know the tree business. After they were done, they cleaned up everything.

I've used other tree services in the past and none could compare to SavATree! Project communication was excellent. The crew arrived promptly in a commercially branded truck.They were also wearing company shirts. This immediately let you know this was not, "Chuck in truck, with a chainsaw"! The work was done quickly but in a safe manner (last company I used dropped a tree on my fence and crushed it. Took two months of my badgering to get them to fix it}! I wanted some of the wood sectioned for fire wood. Not only did they cut it but also piled and stacked it. Again, previous companies left it on the ground right where it fell, including across my driveway!!! My cleanup time was 0.00hrs. In the past it averaged two hours. Amazingly, there cost was in alignment with the previous tree services, but without the hassle of damaged property and lengthy clean up!

I hired Savatree to cut down 1 tree on my mother property and remove all wood on 4/18/16. I paid their roughly 50% upfront fee the same day as I received the contract to start the work. Everything seemed ok as they came and cut down the tree but then stacked the wood in the front yard as well as the neighbors front yard. Which the neighbor then freaked out as a ton of wood was piled in front of their house. I called them to let them know and was told they will pick it up on a certain day then never showed then I called again and etc until some of the wood was pickup up. Then I called again and again only to get planned dates then excuses and surprised responses about crews not showing up. I have called the main office to also tell them about the work not being completed and also they have been sending me bills that the job is completed ever since the tree was taken down in April. I am completely frustrated with the poor communication and service from this company. I received lower quotes from other competitors and decided to pay more for a major named company expecting good service. I did not plan on having a cut up tree litter the front yard for 4 months and having to chase the company to complete the job.

Included removal of an old very large tree as well as various schrubs. Excellent work by crew and prompt and courteous customer service.

The area was seeded very well, but no hay was put down to protect it. We have had considerable storms over the past few days and some of the seeds have washed away or into valleys and divots in the lawn producing bare spots. I am hoping they will fill in once the lawn gets better established.

The work crew was great, very professional, they arrived on time and the costvof this job was reasonable. I am very pleased with this company and will use them again in the future.

All workers were very proficient, especially the man in the bucket lift. Very skilled professionals. Very reasonable price.

Speaking to John I was given one series of information and based my purchase on what I was told. Afterwards speaking to Ron I was told that the information I was given was incorrect yet I based using their services based on what I was told by John. I was told by John that the application was a flea and tick spray. When speaking with Ron was informed that my invoice states only tick spray. I felt I was deceived with the service I purchased.

The tree team arrived on time and finished the job quickly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was happy with the advice I got. Earlier contractor who I was using had missed to advice to get rid of some trees which SavATree person did show me the issues and adviced for. By the way, I got 4 trees removed and 1 tree with 2 branches got strengthened with a speical fiber rod for $90. 4 weeks back during the big storm, one of the trees did fall down missing my deck by few feet. So wish SavATree would have seen this weak tree and advised me on that as well. Just to be on safe side, I'm going to get rid of few more trees closer to my home. Will advise any body to use SAveATree once again. Good guys to work with.

Arrived on time..completed job as contracted, responsive to any concerns/requests that occurred on the job...cleaned up very well...careful of other trees, shrubs, and house..
