"very prompt when called. Met the owner and received a reasonable estimate along with a clear description of what needed to happen and an itemized list. The guy who actually did the job did it well but left a little bit of a mess I then had to clean up. Not bad at all though. replaced a toilet pipe and fixed an erroneous down grade on a shower drain for me about a year ago and everything is still going well!"

Very neat and clean, wore shoe covers as to not mess the house. Complex natural gas repiping and new shutoff valve installed. Everything looks and works great and thoroughly tested. Area was cleaned and no mess was remaining. I have used Gerald for several other projects including replacing toilets, faucets, outdoor gas grill service, garden watering systems. Always very happy with the results. I highly recommend him."
