The guy who actually did the job did it well but left a little bit of a mess I then had to clean up. "Cliff quickly responded to us and we explained the problem. He asked if this was the only toilet we had in the house and we said no. He scheduled an appointment for the next day and had me text him a picture of the inside of our toilet tank and valve so that he knew what to expect. He texted me when he was on his way and he arrived at the time we had scheduled. When the work was completed he asked if there was anything else we needed done while he was there. We will keep his number handy for any future plumbing needs."

He replaced the broken pipe and we ran the water but the pipe was still clogged. He then unscrewed the fitting that he installed and ran a snake down the pipe to fix the problem.
