Overcharged by WAY too much. The hydrostat charge was $862.90, and they installed a different brand than was on the invoice. The cost on Amazon for that unit is $188. Taco Zone Valve charged $745.56: valve on Amazon: $134.00 Same with other charges $3609.80 total. Less than 3 hours labor x 2 guys... who showed up late in the day when they scheduled for the morning.

Technician didn't do the work for what he is called for.

The guys from Busy Bee made our experience seamless. Chris, the project manager, gave us a deal on the water heater that perfectly fit our space. They worked all day, and when a part was missing to finish the job, Chris drove to Hartford to grab the part and installed it himself. Friendly, professional, great, fair price and quality work. Would 100% recommend Busy Bee.

Installed and left without ensuring the system worked properly. They came back out to fix and it went down the next day. Poor service. Would not recommend it.

Installed new indirect hot water heater tank and whole house water filtration system. Nick was at the house on-time with mask and booties, all equipment on board and went straight to work. Very polite. Explained everything as work progressed. Very satisfied the job Nick did.

The job was installing a tank less water heater. It looks and works great. Very happy with the product, workmanship and installation process. I will hire him for any future projects and highly personally recommend this company.

This was all done in 1 day. He came by to see what was needed, came the very next day to complete the job. 11/28. I called at least 5 other Heating companies all from Angies list and no one could deliver like Ken. Just like the name, they are Gold! I am extremely happy and thankful for his service and professionalism. This was around Thanksgiving when no one wanted to come. I needed to get 2 furnaces replaced. Ken contacted me immediately and was spot on with his time, quote, and amazing service. This was for a 3 family house in Torrington. This was excellent.

The plumber who came we thought gut was there to give an estimate only. When he gave us the estimate we accepted and he said he could do the work that day. We were very happy to get the work done so fast. Nick was very professional and got the job done quickly. Would recommend this company.
