"JNC Contracting has far exceeded my expectations with their commitment to the clients and pride in their work. Truly a pleasure to work with I look forward to using them again. They bring experience and high-quality 100%, but add an honesty, integrity and amazing customer service, you get 200% from JNC contracting and their dream team. My major kitchen remodel was reasonably priced, completed on time, within budget even with the constraints of the current pandemic. Jim and his team were courteous, respectful and showed the upmost care for my family during this time. Jim and his crew were available 24/7, incredibly responsive, creative and hard-working, I have complete confidence in the work of JNC contracting very high-quality and recommend them!"

"Because I just had these rods installed a few days ago (and now it's Nov 26, 2021) I haven't had enough time to evaluate the work quality and value - but I have no reason to doubt that both are good. I priced materials for this job, as I originally planned to install themselves, but when I realized that I truly didn't want to get up on the roof of my house (which is quite high) or to get on the roof of my barn (metal, thus slippery) I decided to hire the pros. So that I am very happy with and of course it therefore cost more than it would have if I had done the job myself - but it was safer for me, and also much quicker than I would have been. So, I am glad I called W B."

Subcontractors questions, answered by experts

There are several different steps in the pole barn building process. First, you’ll need construction plans, which you’ll use to obtain permits. Then, you can clear the land so it’s suitable for building and installing the foundation. Your contractor will frame the barn using large poles, then rough in the plumbing and electricity (if your barn has those elements) before finishing the interior, adding siding, and installing the roof.

After that, they’ll finish up the electrical work and plumbing and add your windows and doors. You may have a few other finishing jobs to do like painting or waterproofing.

Structural engineers draw structural plans, which include detailed drawings of the structural components of a home only. Complete house plans will require additional work from an architect or draftsperson, whose drawings will take the structural drawings into account. They’ll also include more details about the finishing materials and layout of a home, including everything from roofing and flooring materials to the position of furniture, light fixtures, switches, and plumbing fixtures.

Pros provide detailed quotes and efficient management, reducing overspending risks on materials and labor.

It usually takes around four to six months to build and install a modular home, although your timeline could go up to around eight months if there are delays in the manufacturing or permitting process. Heavy site preparation and foundation pouring can extend that timeline if you need them, as can customizations you want for your modular home. Your modular home company should be able to provide an estimate for the construction timeline before you sign any contracts or agree to any work.

Yes, professionals will offer tailored solutions to fit architectural and personal style preferences.
