"Joe and his subs did an outstanding basement renovation at our home. At the start of the project and throughout the process Joe was extremely responsive. His communication was excellent and he showed up every time he said he would. Joe's quote was competitively priced and fair. We are extremely happy with the outcome of our project. We cannot complement his staff enough, every team member who came to the house was professional and super helpful. Special shoutout to DJ, Joe’s electrician, who went above and beyond. "LCA removed and replaced over 600 sq. ft. of torch-down roll roofing, installed gutter guard screens, and replaced the floor and railings of my deck. They were professional, courteous, and hard-working. They arrived as scheduled and always left the work area clean at the end of the day. They did a great job at a reasonable price."

"The work was done in a timely manner, and as I was told we needed to wait to paint the stairs, and that was the last item, i paid in full. It has now been over a year and i keep requesting that they come out and complete the work, and i receive no response. Disappointed."
