A very good experience with HomeSquare. Given how difficult it is to find companies willing to do smaller jobs, I was very impressed at their responsiveness as well as the quality of the work done and friendliness and professionalism of their workers. Our small electrical jobs were completed perfectly as well as our carpentry jobs which included installing a pull-down loft ladder in our poolhouse as well as a punch-list of smaller things such as adjusting doors that were too stiff. The price was very reasonable and we would not hesitate to recommend HomeSquare!

He knew his hot tub business and was very helpful over the phone and came out and fixed a dire hot tub issue before the freeze and would not give up until he fixed it.

The had hidden charges in the final bill and were not upfront with them. They said that they completed there work but left items unfinished. Not sure you would want to use them....

Ernesto Ruiz was a knowledgeable and very helpful salesman/owner. Unfortunately we based our decision on his expertise and were very disappointed with the overall project(s). The company relies on subcontractors and only a handful of their own employees. The subs were mediocre at best one actually had to return over ten times to correctly install an ice melting roof product they recommended. Inexcusable. The employees who worked at the house were generally ok. Thru no fault of their own, two employees on separate occasions put a foot/leg thru two separate locations while working in the attic. We were not upset and just asked for it to be repaired. They made over a dozen trips to repair the sheet rock (employee was subsequently terminated) and could never match the ceiling paint so we had to hire a painter to do both a two story ceiling and a trey ceiling. Stay away from these people. Their quality and follow up iare abysmal. The owner disappeared once problems started. John, one of the managers tried to be helpful but after the aforementioned series of issues I believe he was too stretched to continue to deal with our issues. Please feel free to contact me thru home advisor. I have plenty of documents including texts and emails to substantiate this review.

HomeSquare strives to provide a great client experience, and while strong demand for our services and expansion of our service markets (including to Weston) sometimes present challenges, we are disappointed whenever we come short. We have worked hard in the last year to strengthen our internal labor and management resources. We continue to use sub-contractors where that makes the most sense for our clients for cost efficiency and quality reasons, but currently a substantial majority of the labor on our services is from internal employees."

I found Home square very responsive when i called. The firm does dollow up with emails. The tech Al showed up on time. He went right to work. Al was efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Price was good. I will hire them again in the future.
