"Last July, Zajac Home Improvements renovated our upstairs bathroom. We were so pleased with the experience that we knew we wanted to use them to update the exterior of our house. Just as before, we dealt directly with Ed during the consult and selection process. He was always available to answer any questions we had and worked with us in order to obtain a fair price. After we made our selections, the entire process moved quickly. They removed all of our old, mildew covered cedar shake  and installed beautiful new Alside siding on our house and detached garage. They also removed our old wood porch columns and replaced them with new fiberglass ones, along with a railing around the entire porch, turning it into a place we could actually enjoy! We requested some additional electrical work during the job (outlets installed, ceiling fan & floodlights), and never had any problem getting them done. They even did some interior work, as we had requested to have an exhaust fan installed in our downstairs bathroom.
Part of the job required a roof repair in our garage which had been leaking for years.The rot in the roof was worse than originally expected, and the roofers replaced the entire thing for a very fair price in roughly 2 hours. They really do go above and beyond in all aspects.
