The biggest problem was the information provided upfront. I was told they would strip everything and apply new and the floor would look great. The finish is nothing like originally described and there are many bricks that are discolored. There are many areas where the old finish was not stripped and it is smoother and shinier than other areas. There are areas that have circular patterns where the machine could not remove old finish. Like I said mixed review because they did do everything they knew how to fix the floor but it was beyond them."
