Balone Properties LLC consists of two entities: 1) Balone Construction LLC (Custom Building from the ground up) - Brooklyn, CT 2) Butch & Loveland Company LLC (Excavation, Utilities, Sitework, Septic, etc. Work from the ground down) - Bloomfield, CT Balone Properties LLC has been in business since 2011, initially owning rental properties and flipping houses. In 2016, Butch & Loveland Company was acquired (a company with over 50 years of industry experience). With that equipment and senior knowledge, Balone Properties embarked on a mission to create a full-service construction company providing a "one-stop" option for customers. In 2017, the company further developed a niche for custom building/renovations, additions/new home construction, and various sitework throughout the state of Connecticut and Massachusetts.
