"I hired this company as I heard wildlife activity in my chimney. They were very responsive and Matt even confirmed the appointment. He sent someone else even though it was twice confirmed it would be him. The tech that arrived walked about 20 feet into my living room, shined a flashlight into my fireplace and told me the wildlife was protected and couldnâ t help. I was promptly charged $133. I had agreed to this fee, as it would have been applied to the job had I hired them to do the work. I had every expectation of hiring them, but as they couldnâ t help, I did not have that option. I have no problem paying a fair price for services performed, but a 5 minute call does not warrant this expense."

He did not show for appt the following week. I reached out and got no response for several days. He stated he had been injured and was in the hospital. I followed up with him again and he said he didn’t recall if he had come back. Made another appt and again he was a no show. He stated then that he cancelled all his appts due to rain but forgot to reach out to me. Made a third appt and he again was a no show. Attempted several times to reach out again and no response. I requested refund to go somewhere else and he also has not responded. I would like a refund for the $300 paid in cash to him."
