 + -1 moreAs an absentee landlord I am concerned when hiring workers because I have no way of verifying the service was completed properly. My tenants had very positive comments on the professionalism and concern of the technicians. I highly recommend Richland to remove your pests.

I received prompt attention and an immediate appointment. servicemen showed up on time explained the process putting me and my concerns for my dogs at ease.They were efficient, and friendly. Excellent service all around with an excellent price point, very pleased with the service.
