We perform residential and commercial pest control and termite control services. My business is locally owned and operated with five employees. I have 20 years of industry experience and five supervisory licenses with the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection. We are all licensed, insured and bonded.

Well. I opted for seasonal services and have use them even when they weren't scheduled. Some technicians are more thorough and knowledgeable than others. Brian the technician is GREAT!

He came on time, explained why stinkbugs were almost impossible to exterminate but he could spray on the outside of the house which may decrease the number who came in.

They located spaces on roof line where small animals could get in. Suggested that a roofer or carpenter replace the damaged wood. No charge was incurred. If there is an infestation of live animals I will hire him to take care of it. Thank you.

Michael and Mike did an "exclusion" to prevent mice from entering the house. They plugged every possible entry point from top to bottom, and sprayed for ants, wasps and other pests and got us on a regular treatment program. They set more mouse traps, but since they did the "exclusion" - which was six weeks ago - I've had no mice or ants. They did great work and I couldn't be happier!

Michael was very knowledgeable and professional, explaining every detail to me before I hired him. He also allayed my wife's concerns about the insecticide being used around my kids and pets, which was a big issue for her. A few days after the first treatment, I ceased seeing ants in my home. After about 1 week, I noticed tons of dead ants where the main satellite nests had been identified by Michael (which he warned me I would find). I have had 1 of the 4 follow up treatments done, and so far I'm pleased with the results. Follow up was scheduled via text messages, which was very convenient.

The tech came out in a prompt manner. Checked everything out . He took his time and was not in any rush to move on. I was impressed. He was friendly and knew his stuff. Explained that the mud structure I was seeing was mud wasps and not termites. I had scraped it off but he knew right away by looking at what was left of it. I give these people high grades. They are not out to make a buck but telling a fabrication or story. I would use them again in a heart beat. :) No charge for the inspection. Joe

Wow! 10 Gold stars! I had flies gathering to the tops of my windows. Mike came by as soon as i called and accommodated my schedule by coming over after work at 6:00 pm. He was on time and it was hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. Almost as soon as he arrived, I had to take a call. Mike was not the least bit disturbed nor did he complain about the heat. He was patient, kind, thorough and looked through the entire house. He told me what type of fly it was (green bottle fly)
and what could be done about it (nothing). He said something must of died, probably in my chimney (yuk!) and eventually the flies would go away (they did.) He said he will not charge a customer for a problem that couldn't be fixed. He was patient, kind, and took his time explaining the situation despite coming over after his normal working hours, waiting for me to get off the phone, and enduring a hot, stuffy house. Great guy and now he's on in my Rolodex. I would never call another exterminator.
