"David was at my home within an hour of my phone call to him. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do to get rid of the bee situation. Within 2 hours of being sprayed there was no more activity around the nest! Will definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of pest control."

"He was professional, courteous, prompt, reliable and thorough. He proved very knowledgeable and competent about his business. He provided a free estimate and thorough guided inspection of the interior and exterior of my residence pointing out observable issues, making recommendations and laying out a plan for remediation. Upon acceptance of his offer he returned for a 2-hour service call to treat areas around the foundation, sill and basement. I found his costs to be reasonable and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking termite and pest services."

"The owner Rob LaPierre called me and said he could come between 1-2pm the same day (Thrs. 8/4). The others (who are still calling) couldn't come same day. When you have a dead animal in your yard, live in a partially wooded area with other wild animals, and it's 95 degrees out, you can't wait. Rob arrived just as promised, was courteous, professional and friendly. Well worth the $125 for the service. He does pest control also; bugs, rodents and bats. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him highly."

"I worked with Mike back in 2020 for my initial mice issue and I asked him to come back to help with what I thought was another issue with mice. I initially reached out to a few other companies, but they wanted to have an estimator come first and then they would send out a different technician to come to take care of the work. This was going to be a 3-4 weeks process so I decided to go with Mike who I had worked with before (Note. not knowing what the potential costs would be). I am so thankful that it didn't work out with the other companies and I chose Mike to come help again. We worked out a good time for him to come over and he helped determine what my issue is and even mentioned that I could take care of the issue myself instead of him doing the work and charging me for it. That is what I call FANTASTIC and HONEST service. Instead of doing something and charging me for the work, the whole transaction felt more like a partnership which I love. Mike has just made me a lifelong customer of his and that's saying something as I am pretty skeptical about professional services. Thank you Mike for being such an honest businessman. Happy to refer you to anyone in need of pest control. Note. this could be one of the longest reviews I have written before but it's worth it to me to share what a great experience I had."

Pest Control questions, answered by experts

Seeing one mouse in your home doesn’t always indicate a full-blown infestation. However, it’s very likely that if you see one, there are more lurking around. Even if you suspect that a mouse sighting is an isolated incident, it’s important to take it seriously. One mouse will inevitably lead to more if you don’t take the proper measures to eliminate the problem.

Gel bait and gel bait traps use poison to kill cockroaches, and aren’t safe to use around pets. Many gel bait traps are called “child-resistant,” but this only means that the traps are hard to rip open for children. Large pets and children are still able to swallow them. If you use gel bait, use it in areas where pets and children can’t access them, such as under a washing machine. Another option is to use glue traps, which don’t contain pesticides and are safe to use around pets.

Groundhogs are non-aggressive animals that are afraid of humans. They forage for vegetation in yards and gardens, so they can often be seen as a nuisance if you spot one on your property. That said, if you happen to get bitten or scratched by a fearful groundhog, be sure to get checked by a doctor, as they could carry infections or diseases like rabies, Lyme, or the rare tularemia.

No, water bugs are not big roaches. Water bugs and cockroaches are different insects entirely, belonging to different orders. They are often confused for one another because they are similar in appearance, but water bugs and cockroaches have close-up differences in how they look, plus they behave and feed in very different ways.

You can use commercial repellents to help deter rodents, but they often have mixed results. A better solution is preventing rodents from getting under your home in the first place. Using steel wool or foam sealer, plug all potential entry points like gaps and cracks in the foundation.

Also, consider installing hardware cloth or wire mesh over vents, utility openings, and any openings under the porch or foundation. Regular inspections and maintenance will aid in early detection and prevention, ensuring a rodent-free environment beneath your house.
