"Renovating a house is not like renovating 1 room. Weslyn and the workers were responsive and respectful. This was our first big renovation. If I ever have to do it again, I will take more time in the planning phase actually graphically designing each room. We did this for the kitchen and bathrooms and it made the job much easier but it was a lot to get to that point. However, we had to be at the house every day to make sure work kept moving. I couldn't give 5s all around because there were times where we were expecting the subcontractors to do a job but that was not relayed to them properly/or vice versa back to us necessitating extra cost and time to get some parts of the project done. Efficiency was also somewhat lacking and a true Project Manager would greatly help Weslyn's process when it comes to bigger jobs."

Leo has an impressive range of skills, and is a a kind and trustworthy person. The project was started in early March of 2020 and at my request, was paused for several months due to Covid shut down. Leo was flexible with this interruption and although he was extremely busy when we asked to begin again, he made the time and followed Covid-safe work practices. We live in an old house and there was extensive preparation - foundation work and window moving. Leo kept us informed on these developments and was transparent in how these impacted timing and pricing. His project spanned plumbing, electrical work, framing, tile work, and shower door installation. Leo paid attention to each detail and offered thoughtful design suggestions. The finished bathroom is beautiful; form and function are perfect."

Additionally he was meticulous with the project and **** ** the vendors to make no mistakes and focus on a quality outcome. Finally Inson and his team were diligent to make sure everything was constructed in the right manner. In our case the proper wiring and safest plumbing. Always relied on master builders and plumbers who new what they were doing. The final outcome was above expectations. I would keep in mind any project like ours will cost money - we spent extra with Inson but in the end it was the right thing to do and well worth it."
