"We hired Mike to install a new floor and paint our newly purchased condo. He was very helpful - he took us to the flooring supplier to pick out the floor and was helpful in selecting the paint colors. He also made other suggestions and did other small things which enhanced the final product. His work was top notch and has garnered many compliments. We feel fortunate to have hired him, we don't think anyone could have done a better job. He kept us informed as the project progressed and the cost was very reasonable. "I’m not sure why it only gave me the option of bathroom remodel. He actually did my basement kitchen all new. It’s been a few weeks and I have had time to use the kitchen and really see how it’s turned out. Kogie was responsive from the start, direct and honest. He is to the point. I cannot say enough good things about this company and crew. They did impeccable work, were patient and helpful when materials delivered incorrectly and immediately helped us figure out solutions that turned out better than our original plans. They were respectful in our home, did amazing daily cleanup and the end result exceeded our expectations, which is not easy to do. Their estimate was spot on, no up-charging or hidden costs and the job was finished two days earlier than estimated. C&C will be our first choice for all our future renovation plans!"
