"We had an idea and the owner, Bud, had a vision!!!! He created an absolutely beautiful outdoor living space.... multiple levels and entertainment areas. The space is gorgeous and every level of detail from the wood work to the design to the layout to the built in bar is just beautiful and functional! Bud provides a level of experience like no other. He is onsite and manages all his subcontractors and expects a superior product which is what he delivered."

"I had a bit of a rough start with my kitchen remodel. At first, there were some miscommunications regarding the design choices, and I didn’t feel like my ideas were being fully understood. However, after sitting down with the design team again and going over everything, they really took the time to make sure my vision was brought to life. The team offered me some alternatives to improve the layout, which worked wonders. The end result is amazing—the cabinets are solid, the design is functional, and my kitchen looks much more modern. It took a bit of extra effort, but I’m glad I stuck with it!"

"I highly recommend Tom Watson and his entire crew. They produced top notch work in a timely manner. I plan on using them for future remodels, would not even consider looking elsewhere."

"They were very attentive to my needs, they walked me through exactly what's gonna happen next. They were phenomenal, very good, and did expert things for me."

"Renovating a house is not like renovating 1 room. Weslyn and the workers were responsive and respectful. This was our first big renovation. If I ever have to do it again, I will take more time in the planning phase actually graphically designing each room. We did this for the kitchen and bathrooms and it made the job much easier but it was a lot to get to that point. However, we had to be at the house every day to make sure work kept moving. I couldn't give 5s all around because there were times where we were expecting the subcontractors to do a job but that was not relayed to them properly/or vice versa back to us necessitating extra cost and time to get some parts of the project done. Efficiency was also somewhat lacking and a true Project Manager would greatly help Weslyn's process when it comes to bigger jobs."

"Bill and Hilltop Remodeling were very attentive, and were able to bring our vision to reality. Their workmanship is high quality, very clean, and polished. I would definitely recommend Bill and Hilltop Remodeling."

"We hired 203 Building & Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and living room, including installing a structural beam. Their attention to detail was meticulous, and the quality of work was outstanding. Everything was completed professionally and on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend."

"Inson is an excellent person to work with. He puts in the time to make sure that he understands what you want and then is able to translate that into incredible design work. Every single person who has entered our apartment post-reno has commented on how amazing it looks. We were very lucky to find him and benefit from his expertise as well as the great contractor and team of builders he works with. Also, when he says he comes in on time and on budget, he means it - we had a very tight window for renovation and everything was finished on time as promised. Highly recommend."
