He then came inside the house (following Covid protocols) to evaluate the basement from the inside. He mentioned a few things of which we should be aware but there was nothing needing immediate action. He presented a service they could provide but never pressured us to do anything. He clearly explained everything that would be done as well as how mice generally gain access. I would recommend them to handle any sort of pest control."
