"Adam responded to my request and was over the next day to set traps for mice - he checked the outside and laid traps around the exterior of the house - contacted me a few days later to see how things were going and returned a week later to check the traps and make any adjustments needed. He is very professional and polite and quietly goes about this work. In addition he is very patient about answering any questions you have. I felt the price was reasonable and I will continue with a maintenance package as I have woods and fields all around my house."
