"I hired this company as I heard wildlife activity in my chimney. They were very responsive and Matt even confirmed the appointment. He sent someone else even though it was twice confirmed it would be him. The tech that arrived walked about 20 feet into my living room, shined a flashlight into my fireplace and told me the wildlife was protected and couldnâ t help. I was promptly charged $133. I had agreed to this fee, as it would have been applied to the job had I hired them to do the work. I had every expectation of hiring them, but as they couldnâ t help, I did not have that option. I have no problem paying a fair price for services performed, but a 5 minute call does not warrant this expense."

"Bobby came out with in several days of our call. He was friendly and businesslike, explaining every step of his procedures and also what to expect next. He sprayed insecticide dust into hive entrance points, then went upstairs into bedroom and sealed joints that had opened allowing bees to enter bedroom. Results from yesterday's treatment are promising so far. I had always counted 15 - 30 bees around hive entrance every time I looked in recent days. At 6 pm yesterday, only 2 bees were seen. At 8 am today, there were ZERO bees over ~ 5 minutes, at 1 pm there were 2 bees over ~ 10 minutes. Bobby predicted it may take up to 10 days for full results. It looks like the bees are losing!! Quickly!! Excellent service, excellent results so far!"
