We recently hired Link Construction, owned by Robert, to update the exterior of our home, and the results are outstanding. The scope of work included installing Hardie siding, repairing and redoing the stonework on the front of the house, adding an overhang, and enlarging our back patio with beautiful blue stones. Robert and his entire team—including all crews and subcontractors—were a pleasure to work with. Everyone communicated clearly and consistently with us throughout the project. The quality of work was top-notch, and they worked quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalism. They also made sure the job site was clean and tidy at the end of each day, which we really appreciated. Robert was incredibly responsive, always returning calls immediately and making sure any concerns we had were addressed the same day. Robert was very professional and took the time to listen to what we wanted to do, he and his crew provided additional value added services like picking up our flooring at no additional cost and delivering it to the house. The first two days the crew did an impeccable job of installation and staying on schedule; the next two days when Robert was at another site the crew came later than they advised and were not quite as motivated with one team member talking on his phone quite a bit. We were pleased with the install, clean up could have been a little better but we would definitely use them again. Roberts professionalism, attention to detail, suggestions, and servants heart certainly won our vote of confidence. We have used two other companies for interior home projects and the service we received with Robert far surpassed the other two. We liked Roberts service enough that we asked for estimates on 2 additional jobs.

Precise Painting did an excellent job painting the outside of our house. The exterior of our house looks beautiful! The painters worked efficiently and neatly and left the property clean and in the same condition they found it. They replaced one of our old shutters that fell and broke when they took it down. I would definitely hire them again to do other painting work.

Robert and his crew were outstanding professionals who delivered a quality product on time and within budget. They exceeded my expectations and were quick to do "extra". My only feedback to them would be to do a better clean up at the end - my house was left with a film of wallboard dust everywhere. A small price to pay for a mint job.
