Having those estimates in hand, we were able to figure out the exact work we would have done. Scheduling with Kurt was easy. The work crew was efficient, they cleaned up daily, and they turned out beautiful work. We are very satisfied

They've been working with us for a couple of months preparing for our home exterior paint, from making any necessary repairs to choosing the right colors.     Asif and his guys were a dream come true. “Al” had a great understanding of what needed to be done, and work was performed in a timely and caring manner. Every detail was attended to. Al is an incredible communicator and a regular New Yorker like myself. No nonsense! It’s not easy working with contractors as there are many pitfalls and surprise extras. But each time (fall and shortly after winter) the price and scope of work did not change even after some minor hiccups. My home is over 100 years old and had plenty of problems that were uncovered during construction. On top of that plenty of extra task were performed free of charge and absolutely seamlessly. As you can see I hired Alcon in consecutive seasons and there is nobody else I will ever work with as long as I’m in need and a home owner

    I was very happy with the job Precision performed. The project lead, Nelson, was fantastic. The house looks great! You know you hired the right company when there is a miscommunication but the company and Nelson corrected it. I had asked to have the fascia board and gutters painted as these are white aluminon and were greatly weathered. These were not painted and I was not present on the last day. I subsequently informed Precision and Nelson that these were not completed. Nelson and Precision responded and he came back a few days later and corrected the situation.     We partnered with Wilber’s for external painting and repair. This included replacing wood with composite where necessary and removal of wood shutters and replacement with polypropylene ones. What distinguished this company from others was the following: Danny S. was the estimator and initially met with my husband. Just prior to the start of the project, Danny returned with the foreman Olger A. He went through the project again with us and talked to Olger about job specifics. Olger is an amazing foreman, on time, efficient, skilled, detailed and an excellent project manager. Danny returned mid project to discuss the work with us and review a repair with Olger. They also did extra work for us not covered with the additional estimate which was handled very efficiently. Additionally, they did some picky repairs, such as reattaching a leader to the house, which was appreciated. The result was a beautiful house with great curb appeal – the result of good teamwork. We highly recommend them
