"Jim and his assistant were OUTSTANDING!!!!! He was honest, explained in plain English what needed to be done and the reasoning. The price was fair and less than other contractors. Material were double wall stainless which made me feel better protected and guaranteed for life. Professional, kept work area clean as they went, really knew what he was doing. Showed me each stage of the job as they went along, since I am interested in watching repairs. The cost was well below and I know that I am safe. I will definitely be having "JIM" back each year to inspect both chimney's to keep me safe. THANK YOU JIM"

"Sammy contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my request. He came out the following day and looked at the areas of the chimney that I had concerns with. He told me what he thought needed to be repaired and what wasn't urgent based on my budget. He offered suggestions and a fair price for everything. The following day he came back and repaired the chimney area in my basement quickly and efficiently.
