3rd time we use Jameson. I would (and in fact have) recommend him to family and friends. Like an inspection and teacher all in one. Gave us many specific ways to care for the home we chose and there is no doubt that despite the fact that we are good about doing our own research pertaining to how to manage and upkeep a home, my wife and I agreed that there were countless things we would have missed and numerous others we would have done differently (in a not good way). Amazing attention to detail and actually encouraged us to follow him around and ask questions to be better informed!!

These guys were helpful from the very 1 st contact. Even with fairly short lead time Jameson was at the property on time and fully prepared. His in depth and detailed inspections covered every area of our concern ,and many others which were included in his comprehensive assessment. He turned up several points which we were very pleased to be informed of. The fully detailed and organized inspection report arrived same day and was very well documented for us to use as reference material. An excellent job on the property and also an excellent report. Jameson was prompt, polite, and conscientious. He did not rush the job even though it was getting towards the end of the day, and performed the tasks of the inspection thoroughly. Communication from the time I hired him to the day of the inspection was great. The report was available the same night. Jameson at Home Inspection Pros was wonderful to work with. He was very informative and encouraged us to take our own notes while we shadowed his inspection. He pointed out anything he found during his inspection and informed us of the possible implications and repairs. He also was able to provide us with a septic inspection when we asked for it and set us up with a home improvement binder to keep track of any repairs we have already made or plan to make in the future. I cannot recommend Home inspection Pros enough. They were approachable, informative, thorough, and got our inspection report to us next day.

Now that's an inspection!! Home Inspection Pros is the company to call if you want a thorough inspection done on your current or soon-to-be property. Jameson is extremely professional, polite and considerate - we were in a time crunch and he kindly accommodated our schedule without hesitation. He took his time and looked at EVERY inch of the property! We received our report almost immediately and while it was quite daunting at first glance - it was so well laid out that is was very easy to navigate and understand! I can't say enough good things about Jameson and Home Inspection Pros (obviously lol) so I'll just recommend you give him a call - you'll see!

Jameson is such a rockstar! He's super thorough, professional and friendly. We were late to the inspection of our condo and he started without us but brought us up to speed when we arrived and then inspected the interior with us. He is also very knowledgeable and was able to provide suggestions throughout the inspection of best practices to keep our house/appliances running smoothly. He encouraged us to ask many questions (anything that pops in our head) and was such a pleasure to work with! You'd be very remiss to seek another inspector and miss out on his skills in reviewing any home, I guarantee it!

LOOK NO FURTHER THIS IS YOUR GUY. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jameson was an 11/10 home inspector. He was more thorough than I even thought was possible. He took his time and made sure he found anything and everything that could be noted. He came out on a holiday weekend, and sent out a fully DETAILED report to me with images and explanations that same night! In addition to being thorough, detailed and timely with his report, he was INCREDIBLE to work with. Jameson was kind, friendly, and VERY patient with me and all of my questions. You can tell he loves what he does, and he gives his inspections 110% effort. Could not recommend him more!
